In my spare time I love to enjoy the outdoors. Im passionate about Mountain Biking, love to go camping and spend time on the many beautiful lakes in Arizona. Im also passionate about health and fitness and love cooking food that fits my healthy lifestyle. I also love to grill!

I am the father of an amazing daughter who is currently chasing her dreams on the soccer field and is working towards playing at the college level. So, when I’m not at the gym or working with clients, I spend my time being her biggest fan.
